Welcome

Body Luminate is an individually owned Therapeutic Massage and Body Health focused professional business, provided with passion for other's well-being, by Tamar Keefe, MS, LMT, BCTMB, CMLDT.

Tamar Keefe, Sole Owner and Therapist, provides therapeutic massage, as well as prehabilitation and post-rehabilitation and wellness guidance to support the recovery and management of myoskeletal conditions (for more specific detail of conditions/techniques, see "services").

Tamar started her health career in fitness, becoming a fitness instructor at local YMCA, but soon found herself diving into every facet of the health and wellness arena.  Tamar is a 26-year wellness professional with experience in providing one-on-one sessions, to seminars, to large scale conferences and workshops on University Campuses.  In addition Tamar was blessed to be part of mentoring thousands of aspiring fitness and wellness professionals and students at large into adopting healthy life practices both alternative and conventional alike.

In 2011, Tamar completed her massage education at the world renowned Boulder College of Massage Therapy in order to enhance her wellness expertise and continue building her therapeutic bodywork skills.  Since then, Tamar has seamlessly combined her mastery of therapeutic bodywork and blessed ability to help others return to their preferred life activities with renewed ability.

It would be my honor to provide my attention, passion and God given gift towards your physical health.  Please feel free to contact me in the means most comfortable, that we may discuss your interest and the matching of my services to your needs.
